How does the process work?

Our process is simple, supportive and fully guided from start to finish. Here’s how it works:

01

Initial enquiry

Thinking about becoming a donor? It begins with a quick, confidential enquiry form. Tell us a little about yourself and our friendly team will be in touch to guide you through the next steps.

02

First appointment

We’ll invite you to visit our clinic so you can see the environment for yourself and ask any questions. During this visit, you’ll provide an initial sample so we can assess whether you’re a good fit for the programme.

03

Careful assessment

Our experienced scientists will analyse your sample. We’ll keep you fully informed and let you know the outcome as soon as possible.

04

Health checks

If you’re eligible, we’ll carry out a series of thorough health screenings. This is all about ensuring the safety and wellbeing of you and future families - we’ll support you every step of the way.

05

Begin donating

Once approved, you can start donating at times that suit you. Donations are made in a professional, respectful setting, and reasonable expenses are covered.

06

After your donations

When you’ve completed your donations, there’s just one final follow-up: a simple blood test after six months. After that, you’re all done—knowing you’ve made a life-changing difference.
